Role Overview

• We’re hiring a Growth & Strategy Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that drive user acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.
• You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape our future.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Develop and execute scalable growth strategies across customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion
• Analyze customer data, behavioral insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize performance
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with vendors, logistics providers, and corporate clients
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Drive growth experiments (A/B testing, referral programs, pricing models, new market pilots) and scale winning ideas
• Own key KPIs (user growth, retention, order volume, vendor onboarding, CAC vs LTV) and report actionable insights to senior leadership
• Support fundraising, investor relations, and strategic planning with data-driven insights and business modeling

What We’re Looking For

• 5-10 years in growth, strategy, or business development (preferably in tech, food, or e-commerce)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and financial modeling
• Proven track record of scaling platforms, launching markets, or driving revenue growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into business strategy
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
