Job Title: Executive Assistant to the COO

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the COO
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as directed
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Assist in tracking operational projects and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in executive support or administrative roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Experience in a manufacturing or operations-driven environment is an advantage.
