Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Achieve set monthly Social Marketing objectives in volume and value for assigned region.
Achieve key Sales operation metrics on a weekly basis.
Coach and develop Medical Sales Reps to ensure improved Selling skills and productivity
Good distributor management skills and engages the distributor managers on proactive ways to grow the business within the region.
Lead the use of SFA to drive Medical Rep productivity on relevant metrics.
Leverage SFA to drive quality and improved output by the team
Leads the team to implement flawlessly all the sales and marketing activities as communicated
Drives improved enlistment of new distributors to the business and ensures product availability in most accounts leveraging the Medical Sales Reps
Manages key relationships for key customers, influencers, and decision makers in territory.
Regularly cascades customer feedback to the Head of Sales and as regards best practice on how to grow the business.
Ensures timely submission of all reports as expected from your line manager and Social Marketing leadership
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
MSIN resource management: ensure efficient and effective utilization of MSIN allocated resources and deliver high return on investment on all highlighted areas.
Efficient management of Medical Rep expenses and a business leader who will always track ROI
A University Degree in Pharmaceutical or any of the Biological / Physiological sciences.
Minimum 3 years experience in Sales management experience with the Pharma /FMCG landscape
Good industry contact and network within the designated region.
Good commercial skills with ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness on key commercial fundamentals
A self-starter with uncanny ability to surmount challenges
A problem solver who is ready to go the extra mile.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A valid driver’s license.
