Call for Expression of Interest for the Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment at ActionAid Nigeria - Baba Azimi Foundation (BAF)

Baba Azimi Foundation (BAF) is a local women’s right organization working towards a peaceful world where women, children and persons with disabilities are free, have equal rights and opportunities to develop, grow and contribute fully to building themselves, their families and communities whilst living a life full of dignity and free from poverty and violence. To achieve this, BAF’s developed solution involves community developed approaches, amplifying voice and leadership of women, girls and youths as well as demanding accountability of services by relevant institutions to sustain interventions for the long term. BAF also focuses on reducing stigma and lack of access to services experienced by women, children and persons with disabilities by rebranding issues and challenges in ways that their ills are easily understood by all.

We, in partnership with ActionAid Nigeria, are seeking qualified and reputable contractors for:

Title: Expression of Interest for the Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment for the Youth ICT center at Duwigi, Gwiwa LGA, Jigawa State

Location: Duwigi, Gwiwa LGA, Jigawa

Project Description

• With funding from ActionAid Nigeria, BAF implements the Partnership and Local Rights Programme (LRP) in Jigawa state to improve the lives and dignity of people particularly women, children, young persons and persons with disabilities through a participatory and inclusive community-led programming.
• The project involves supplying and delivering IT equipment for the Youth ICT Center at Duwigi community Gwiwa LGA aimed at enhancing the digital educational infrastructure within the community.

Key Details
Scope of Work:

• The aim of this call is seeking qualified and reputable contractors to express their interest in supplying and delivering the following IT Equipment

The contractor will also give reports at each stage of the process.

Technical Requirements

• Bidders should demonstrate their expertise and capacity to undertake similar projects. These include possessing the necessary knowledge of IT equipment, experienced personnel, and evidence of track record in delivering successful supplies and deliveries of same.

Compliance:

• All supply and delivery activities must adhere to applicable local regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety standards. Bidders should possess the required licenses and certifications.

Evaluation Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated based on:

• Experience and past project performance
• Technical and financial capability
• Compliance with the stated eligibility criteria
• Completeness and clarity of the submitted documents2

Contract Duration

• The contract will be awarded for a fixed-term period. Details regarding contract duration, payment terms, and milestones will be provided to shortlisted bidders.
