We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Agent

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for hall bookings, marquees, and event rentals.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions.
• Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Assist in executing marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in microsoft office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Candidate must reside in close proximity to Ikeja

Salary 
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
