Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Sales Executive to lead our corporate sales initiatives.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business, nurturing high-value client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in complex solution selling, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Conduct high-level presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain updated CRM records.
Participate in networking events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
Manage, Mentor, and support junior sales team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2–3 years in a strategic sales role.
Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of consultative/solution-based selling and contract negotiations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
Experience selling unlimited internet solutions, technology solutions within the Internet service provision environment (ISP).
Background in managing multi-stakeholder sales processes.
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
