Job Title: Product Marketing Associate

Principal Duties / Responsibilities
Support the marketing team in developing and executing product marketing strategies that communicate the value of Campus HQ’s workspace solutions.
Assist in the creation of compelling messaging and positioning for new and existing products (office plans, workspace packages, and value-added services).
Work cross-functionally with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand and product communication.
Support the planning and execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and client engagement initiatives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and product enhancements.
Product & Content Marketing:
Create persuasive product materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content that highlight Campus HQ’s office solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging product videos, customer testimonials, and social media content that showcases the benefits of Campus HQ spaces.
Ensure all marketing content is on-brand, accurate, and optimized for search engines and user experience.
Coordinate the production of visual and written assets for campaigns, events, and product showcases.
Support the development of sales enablement tools that help sales teams effectively communicate product value to clients.
Market & Customer Insights:
Conduct competitor analysis and research market opportunities within the flexible workspace industry.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving the product experience.
Work with analytics tools to track performance metrics, user behavior, and campaign ROI.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in marketing or product marketing, ideally within a B2B or real estate/workspace environment.
Proven success in supporting marketing campaigns or product launches that contributed to business growth.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and customer journey mapping.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical workspace features into customer benefits.
Proficiency in creating and designing presentation decks (PowerPoint, Canva).
Working knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Zoho), and website builders (e.g., Wix).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
A creative thinker passionate about design, branding, and workspace innovation.
