Digifted Studios, a state-of-the-art audio-visual and photography hub in the heart of Lagos Mainland, is seeking an exceptional Business Development and Marketing Officer to be the engine behind our market expansion.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in establishing Digifted Studios as the #1 creative destination in Lagos.
You will transform our strategic vision into tangible results by building a robust client base, forging powerful partnerships, and creating a vibrant community of creators. If you have a proven track record in sales, a marketer's mindset, and deep connections within Lagos's creative and corporate scenes, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership: Execute and refine the comprehensive marketing plan for Digifted Studios, taking ownership of quarterly targets for revenue, studio utilization, and community growth.
Client Acquisition & Promotion: Champion the Digifted Studios brand to generate high-value leads. Proactively target and onboard creators, photographers, SMEs, musicians, and corporate clients through your professional network and strategic outreach.
Partnership & Community Building: Spearhead the Digifted Content Creator Partner Program. Recruit, manage, and nurture a community of 100+ active creators who will serve as brand ambassadors and a key referral channel.
Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty to secure repeat business.
Digital Marketing & Brand Ambassadorship: Oversee the social media content strategy (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), creating a compelling digital presence that engages our target audience and drives bookings. Represent Digifted Studios at industry events, workshops, and networking mixers.
Sales & Proposal Management: Develop and present tailored service proposals and membership packages (Creator Pass, Business Pro) that meet client-specific needs and close deals.
Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to management, providing data-driven insights on KPIs, campaign ROI, and market trends.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Studio booking and utilization rate (70-85% weekly).
Growth of the client portfolio and Content Creator Partner network.
Number of new corporate and SME contracts secured.
Client retention and repeat booking rate.
Conversion rates from leads to confirmed bookings.
Reqyuirements
A university Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the creative, media, entertainment, or hospitality (event spaces) industry.
An existing and relevant network within the Lagos creative, SME, or corporate sector is a significant advantage.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and analytics platforms is highly desirable.
