We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Executive Assistant(Male) to the CEO will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the CEO's office.
  • This role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • The Executive Assistant will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO and the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transportation, etc.).
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and respond on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
  • Organize and maintain the CEO's files, both physical and electronic.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Manage expense reports and ensure timely submission and reimbursement.

Communicate and Coordinatetion:

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including board members, executives, employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage and coordinate special projects as assigned by the CEO.

Operational Support:

  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including company meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the smooth opera􀆟on of the CEO's office.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.

Other Duties:

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, supporting senior-level executives.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
