Spices and More, a sales and distribution company of all kinds and varieties of spices, is  recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Work Hours: Mondays to Saturdays; 7am – 6pm
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in and phone-in customers, ensuring excellent service delivery and product accuracy

Duties / Responsibilities

• Attend to all walk-in customers and respond to product inquiries with courtesy.
• Handle incoming calls from customers, provide information on product availability, and pricing.
• Ensure that all products sold are accurate and match customers’ requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the sales area.
• Ensure products are properly displayed.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged inventory.
• Report any customer feedback or issues to your manager/supervisor.

Skills / Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and product accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Remuneration
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
