The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises and helps people to survive and rebuild their lives. Founded in 1933 at the request of Albert Einstein, the IRC offers lifesaving care and life-changing assistance to refugees forced to flee from war or disaster. At work today in over 40 countries and 22 U.S. cities, we restore safety, dignity and hope to millions who are uprooted and struggling to endure. The IRC leads the way from harm to home.

  • Review and ensure quality of all sub-award agreements, confirming that appropriate mechanisms and conditions are applied based on risk levels and funding modalities.
  • Facilitate regular partner engagement and communication through scheduled management meetings, learning sessions, and ad hoc consultations.
  • Ensure timely receipt, review, and archiving of partner reports in compliance with partnership agreements.
  • Lead reflective close-out processes, capturing lessons learned, identifying best practices, and informing future partnership planning.
  • Facilitate systematic partner feedback on IRC's partnership management and ensure appropriate follow-up actions, involving Senior Management where necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate presentations, reports, and briefs on the partnership portfolio for internal and external stakeholders.
  • In conjunction with Grants, Program/Consortium and Finance teams ensure reporting timelines and templates are prepared and shared with partners.
