Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary

• We are seeking proactive and results-driven Sales Representatives to promote and sell our range of real estate offerings (houses and land) to new and existing clients.
• The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell properties to both new and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify sales leads and convert them into successful deals
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
• Represent the brand professionally at all times
• Occasionally travel to client sites and property locations

Requirements

• Minimum of a University Degree
• 2 years experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to drive (a valid driver’s license is an added advantage)
• Good dress sense and professional appearance
• Hardworking, loyal, and result-oriented
• Self-driven and highly motivated
• Reside in close proximity to the office (Lekki axis preferred)
• Prior experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
