Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Reports to: Branch Operations Manager

Job Description

• The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome.
• This role will manage front desk operations including handling inquiries, directing guests, receiving mail, and coordinating administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage and route incoming phone calls, emails, and messages promptly.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols for access control.
• Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Support administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
• Maintain an organized and presentable front desk and lobby area.
• Provide accurate information to clients and staff while ensuring exceptional service.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front-desk or customer service role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Neat and professional appearance with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage large visitor traffic.

Salary
N250,000 - 300,000 Monthly.
