Job Title: Virtual / Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
Content Management:
Produce video content for platforms like youtube, tik-tok, and Instagram stories/reels.
Write engaging and persuasive social media copy, blog posts, captions and other content that resonates with the target audience.
Ensure that all written contents align with the brand’s tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.
Ensure all content, both written and visual, is aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.
Maintain a consistent brand presence across all social media platforms.
Optimize content for SEO on social media platforms to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation and social media marketing.
Social Media Management:
Create, implement, and manage effective social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, Linkedin, etc.
Align social media strategies with company goals and target audience.
Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms.
Foster relationships with the community to build a loyal online following.
Monitor social media conversations and trends to maintain brand relevance.
Track, measure, and analyze social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign performance.
Use analytics to refine and optimize content strategies for better results.
Job Search Support:
Utilizing a specialized database to conduct research on potential employers, roles and contacts within secure parameters.
Regularly checking specialized or secure job boards relevant to highly classified positions.
Assisting in tailoring resumes and cover letters for highly classified roles.
Ensuring all submissions adhere to strict security guidelines and are transmitted via approved, secure methods.
Giving meticulous attention to detail to prevent accidental disclosure of classified information from previous roles.
Organizing and maintaining all job search-related documents (resumes, cover letters, references, security clearance forms) in highly secure, encrypted cloud storage or local systems with robust access controls.
Managing interview schedules and making timely arrangements.
Follow-up on emails for potential leads from engaging companies.
Administrative Support:
Manage and organize content calendars, tracking posting schedules and content performance.
Create and process client orders, ensuring all details are accurate and completed promptly.
Register and follow up with clients as needed, maintaining professional communication.
Ensure all files are properly organized and accessible.
Repurpose content for distribution across various platforms and formats, maintaining relevance and freshness.
Day to day management of business operations.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 3 years of work experience.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
