Overview
The Executive Brand & Operations Associate will serve as the right hand to the Founder across all ventures, including the upcoming Zooto Fashion brand and other existing or future companies under the Darey Group.
This role blends executive assistance, brand management, and strategic operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, research-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives, from personal brand amplification to cross-company coordination. You will be a force multiplier — ensuring the Founder’s ideas are executed with precision, consistency, and polish.
Core Responsibilities
Executive Support & Operations:
Manage Founder’s daily calendar, appointments, priorities, and communications.
Prepare briefs, summaries, and reports for meetings and partnerships.
Track strategic goals and ensure follow-through across teams.
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive business correspondence.
Brand & Communications Management:
Oversee social media accounts for both the Founder’s personal brand and company pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.).
Manage content calendar — from ideation to publishing, including copywriting, captioning, and engagement.
Collaborate with content creators, photographers, and editors to deliver a cohesive visual identity.
Craft narratives that reflect the Founder’s voice, leadership journey, and ventures.
Monitor social analytics and optimize strategy for growth.
Research & Strategy Support:
Conduct in-depth research on industries, competitors, and trends — especially in fashion, technology, education, and AI.
Prepare concise briefs and data-driven recommendations for business decisions.
Identify partnership, funding, and collaboration opportunities.
Talent Acquisition & Coordination:
Work directly with the Founder to recruit the core team (designers, tailors, content specialists, marketing leads, etc.).
Draft job descriptions, screen applicants, and manage interview scheduling.
Coordinate onboarding processes and maintain documentation.
Cross-Business Support:
Assist in the organization and operations of multiple ventures (fashion, tech, education, media, real estate, etc.).
Serve as a bridge between the Founder and individual business leads.
Prepare business summaries, investor decks, and presentations when needed.
Project & Workflow Management:
Use tools like Notion, Google Workspace, or ClickUp to track initiatives.
Maintain structure and accountability across deliverables.
Manage and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for recurring tasks.
Skills & Attributes:

Tools & Platforms:
Essential: Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, ChatGPT.
Preferred: Go High Level CRM (Vibe Kulture), Meta Business Suite, Trello/ClickUp, Slack, Figma.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5 years of experience in brand management, executive assistance, or startup operations.
Proven track record managing personal or company brand accounts.
Excellent English communication (writing, editing, and presentation).
