Job Summary

  • As part of our mission to create memorable moments both online and offline, we are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who is passionate about digital storytelling, visual branding, and audience engagement.
  • The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across all digital platforms.
  • This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skill, from designing captivating graphics to producing compelling content that reflects our brand’s voice and values.
  • You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to elevate our online presence, grow engagement, and drive patronage across all our hospitality outlets.
  • This role demands a blend of creativity, marketing insight, and strong analytical ability to translate online engagement into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and brand identity.
  • Create engaging, original, and visually appealing content (text, graphics, videos, reels, stories) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop digital marketing campaigns for property listings, open houses, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with the design and photography teams to produce professional property visuals and video tours.
  • Conceptualize and produce original, high-quality content: videos, photos, and written posts that showcase our spaces, services, and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, and promotions.

Community Management:

  • Build and nurture strong online communities by engaging followers, responding to messages and inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and conversations relevant to the real estate and property management industry.
  • Manage customer feedback and escalate issues to appropriate departments.

Advertising & Analytics:

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to increase reach and conversion.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement rates, click-throughs, impressions, conversions).
  • Use insights to optimize content strategy and improve campaign ROI.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor posts using social media management tools.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, hashtags, and hospitality-related content that can increase visibility and engagement.

Brand Development & Reputation Management:

  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone, branding, and core values.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all online and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and property teams to highlight new listings, facilities, and client testimonials.

Graphics Design & Visual Branding:

  • Design aesthetically appealing and consistent visual materials (flyers, menus, banners, adverts, infographics, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and marketing materials.

Innovation & Market Research:

  • Stay current with emerging trends in digital marketing, real estate promotion, and online engagement.
  • Research competitors and propose innovative approaches to outperform them.
  • Recommend new tools, platforms, or strategies for greater brand growth and online visibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably within real estate, hospitality, or service industries.
  • Proven experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later).
  • Strong skills in content creation, photography, video editing, and graphic design (Canva or Adobe Suite).
  • Proven experience in graphics design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
  • Understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and time management skills.
  • Creative, innovative thinker with a good eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
