We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Client and Lead Management: Identify new business opportunities, contact prospective and existing customers, and maintain relationships to foster loyalty.
• Sales and Negotiation: Present products/services, highlight benefits to solve customer problems, negotiate prices, and prepare sales agreements and contracts.
• Sales Performance: Meet monthly sales targets, analyze sales data, and provide reports on performance and market trends to leadership.
• Customer Service: Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide excellent support to existing clients.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments like marketing and customer success to align on lead generation and customer experience goals.
• Process Management: Process orders, manage returns and refunds, and maintain detailed customer and sales records.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Often a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Proven track record in sales with 2 - 3 years of experience is often required.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are crucial for connecting with clients.
• Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and terms effectively.
• Technical proficiency: Expertise with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related technology.
• Interpersonal skills: Strong relationship management, active listening, and customer-centric problem-solving skills.
• Motivation and organization: Highly motivated, target-driven, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge: In-depth product knowledge and understanding of sales strategies and market trends.

Salary
N76,000 - N100,000 / Month.
