JobSummary
The Sales & Marketing Lead will drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement across all Idimu-based brands. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution of marketing and sales initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
KeyResponsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase bookings, reservations, revenue and event patronage across all brands.
Identify and pursue corporate accounts, partnerships, and individual and group bookings.
Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate and close deals for event space, catering services, and lodging packages.
Meet or exceed set monthly revenue, bookings and occupancy targets for all brands.
Marketing & Brand Management:
Create and implement marketing plans for JP Suites, Lpapas, 90 Degrees Lounge, and May Gardens.
Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all platforms.
Design and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns (social media ads, email marketing, SEO).
Oversee influencer collaborations, brand activations, and promotional events.
Ensure brand guidelines and voice are maintained across all marketing materials.
Customer Experience & Retention:
Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop loyalty programs and special offers to retain customers.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track and analyze performance metrics (sales, social media engagement, marketing ROI).
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management on sales progress and marketing performance.
Team & Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, F&B, and events teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions and bookings.
Train and guide sales intern and marketing assistants (if any) on achieving targets.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Monthly/Quarterly revenue targets achieved per brand.
Social media growth and engagement metrics.
Event space bookings and occupancy rates.
Customer acquisition and retention rates.
Marketing campaign ROI.
Qualifications&Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in hospitality sales and marketing (Hotels, Restaurants, Bars, Event Spaces preferred).
Proven track record in driving significant revenue growth and brand visibility.
Familiarity with hospitality management software and CRM tools is an advantage.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals.
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Social Media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Creativity in campaign design and execution.
Ability to analyze data and optimize strategies.
Leadership and team management skills.
