Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for real estate and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, particularly for real estate projects and products.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance Efficacy Development PLC’s visibility and reputation in the Lagos real estate market.
Marketing Strategy: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors across digital, social media, content, and traditional platforms.
Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing activities, including website management, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
Content Creation: Lead the development of high-quality marketing materials such as blog posts, articles, videos, and visual content that educate and engage target audiences.
Property Marketing: Create compelling property listings with professional photography, videos, and virtual tours to effectively showcase company projects.
Event Planning: Organize and manage property launches, open houses, exhibitions, and other promotional events to generate market interest and drive sales.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop impactful sales materials and tools that support lead conversion.
Market Research: Conduct continuous market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the Lagos real estate market.
Budget Management: Manage and monitor the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on all marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.
How Success is Measured
Brand Awareness: Increased visibility, positive brand perception, and higher engagement across multiple platforms.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Growth in qualified leads, improved conversion rates, and stronger investor interest.
Campaign Effectiveness: High performance on key metrics such as ROI, click-through rates, and engagement levels.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 3–4 years of proven experience in real estate marketing or a related field.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and relevant analytics tools.
