Role Summary
Are you driven, fearless, and passionate about sales? We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Professional to help propel Cola Solar into its next phase of growth.

As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in promoting our products/services, identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue.
This is a performance-based role with a competitive basic salary plus commission, and it offers multiple opportunities for career advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for the company.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and client follow-ups.
Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to management.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements
BSc / OND / HND qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory) with 3 years experience.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations within the Renewable Energy Sector is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
Must be a resident within Benin for minimum of 1 year.
