Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patrol Supervisor to join our elite team in the Security and Investigations industry.
• As a Patrol Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate the activities of security personnelassigned to various locations, ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.

• You will be responsible for training and mentoring patrol staff, conducting regular inspections, and implementing security protocols to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security personelto ensure they comply with security protocols and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess security conditions and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs for patrol officers to enhance their skills and efficiency.
• Monitor incident reports and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken in a timely manner.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and ensure staff are prepared to handle various situations effectively.
• Collaborate with clients and law enforcement agencies to address security concerns and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records of security operations and prepare reports for management review.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security field or related industry.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, emergency response, and risk management strategies.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with relevant legal regulations and compliance issues.
