We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Kaduna, Lagos, Nasarawa and Niger
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • We are looking for highly motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to significantly expand our client base and drive property sales.
  • This role is commission-heavy and requires an individual who is ready to work hard, excel at generating leads, and is truly excellent at pitching and closing deals.
  • Success in this role is measured by demonstrated sales volume and the ability to consistently meet ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and cultivate new leads through networking, cold-calling, digital channels, and client referrals.
  • Sales Execution: Schedule and conduct property showings, deliver compelling sales presentations, and advise clients on suitable properties.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Masterfully pitch property value, negotiate contract terms on behalf of clients, and efficiently manage the closing process to ensure successful transactions.
  • Market Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of current local property market conditions, pricing, and trends to provide expert advice to buyers and sellers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 years of verifiable experience in real estate sales or high-value B2C/B2B sales is mandatory.
  • Proof of Sales Success: Must be able to provide clear evidence and documentation of past sales achievements, closing ratios, and success in lead generation.
  • Pitching and Closing Skills: Demonstrated excellence in negotiation, persuasion, and closing sales under pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-motivated, highly organized, and committed to a work ethic that supports high-volume sales.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and pitching.
  • Market Knowledge (Advantageous): Knowledge of local real estate laws, market practices, and current property trends.
