Job Title: Boutique Manager
Location: Awka, Anambra

Reports to: Head of Operations / Business Unit
Direct Reports: Sales reps, Cashiers, Inventory Clerks, and Customer Service officers
Main Function
The Boutique Manager is responsible for the overall performance, image, and operation of the Stan & Beth store.
This individual will lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the brand’s luxury aesthetic and experience.
The role requires a proactive leader with strong commercial acumen, impeccable taste, and a passion for high-end retail and children’s fashion.
Role Responsibilities
Sales & Business Performance
Drive boutique sales to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Implement strategies to increase customer conversion, average basket size, and repeat business.
Collaborate with management to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities.
Customer Experience.
Ensure every customer receives personalized, memorable, and luxury-level service.
Train and inspire staff to embody the Stan & Beth service philosophy — warmth, elegance, and attention to detail.
Manage client relationships, including follow-ups, VIP client engagement, and loyalty programs.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and grace.
Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation
Maintain the boutique’s visual standards in line with Stan & Beth’s luxury brand guidelines.
Oversee window displays, seasonal layouts, and product presentation to maximize appeal.
Ensure merchandise is displayed with impeccable cleanliness, order, and creativity.
Inventory & Stock Management
Oversee inventory levels, replenishment, and product rotation.
Coordinate with the central warehouse and suppliers for stock orders and deliveries.
Manage stock audits, loss prevention, and inventory accuracy.
Provide feedback on fast- and slow-moving items to optimize assortment planning.
Leadership & Team Development
Recruit, train, and mentor boutique staff to deliver world-class service and performance.
Set clear performance goals and provide regular coaching and evaluations.
Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability.
Organize regular staff briefings, product knowledge sessions, and customer service training.
Administration & Compliance
Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, reporting, and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and health & safety guidelines.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Certifications
Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
Professional training in Retail Management or Customer Service is an added advantage.
Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in retail, fashion, or luxury boutique management.
Proven record of driving sales and managing a retail team in a high-end or fashion retail environment.

Ability to prepare and interpret reports on sales, stock, and customer data.
