Position Overview
As a Digital Marketing Instructor you will design, deliver, and continuously evolve a hands-on, results-driven learning experience that prepares learners to become high-performing digital marketing professionals.
You’ll combine your real-world marketing expertise with instructional design, mentorship, and data-driven insights to help learners gain both strategic understanding and practical execution skills in digital marketing. You will also serve as a mentor in the Career Immersion and Work Experience Programs, guiding learners as they work on real-world marketing projects with measurable outcomes, using industry-standard tools and techniques.
Beyond instruction, you will play a key role as a career coach — helping learners develop confidence, interview skills, portfolios, and strategies to successfully launch or advance their marketing careers.

Curriculum Strategy, Design & Delivery
Own and deliver a comprehensive, data-driven digital marketing curriculum that covers core areas such as strategy, branding, performance marketing, SEO, social media, paid ads, analytics, automation, and content marketing.
Develop interactive workshops, campaigns, simulations, and case studies that replicate real-world marketing challenges and client briefs.
Integrate modern marketing frameworks such as AIDA, RACE, STP, Funnel Marketing, Growth Loops, and Omni-channel Strategy.
Incorporate industry-standard tools including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Google Analytics 4, Notion, and Canva.
Build a progressive learning roadmap that transitions learners from foundational knowledge to advanced marketing strategy and campaign execution.
Collaborate with content and curriculum teams to align teaching materials with current trends, algorithm changes, and market dynamics.
Learner Mentorship, Work Experience & Career Coaching
Serve as a mentor and campaign lead in our Work Experience and Rotational Career Immersion Programs, guiding learners as they plan, execute, and optimize real marketing campaigns for live or partner projects.
Provide structured coaching on marketing analytics, campaign management, conversion optimization, audience targeting, and creative strategy.
Mentor learners on both technical skills (e.g., ad setup, tracking, A/B testing) and soft skills (e.g., presentation, communication, collaboration).
Conduct career readiness workshops focused on portfolio creation, resume optimization, LinkedIn branding, and interview preparation.
Support learners in building portfolio-worthy marketing projects, case studies, and campaign reports that demonstrate measurable results.
Guide learners in understanding marketing funnels, attribution, automation tools, and data interpretation to drive business growth.
Provide individualized feedback and performance tracking, helping learners set goals and measure improvement.
Hands-On Learning & Simulations
Lead marketing campaign simulations and sprints to give learners a hands-on experience with content planning, paid media execution, and analytics reporting.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of real-world marketing projects, from ideation to performance evaluation.
Facilitate campaign retrospectives to analyze what worked, what didn’t, and how to improve ROI.
Encourage learners to apply growth experimentation, automation, and A/B testing to optimize results.
Supervise projects that align with real client objectives and deliver quantifiable outcomes (e.g., lead generation, engagement, conversion rate).
Teach hands-on digital marketing skills: SEO, social media, Google Ads, email marketing, content creation, and analytics.
Deliver engaging lectures, real-world campaigns, and marketing workshops.
Proficiency in Creative Designs and Creative Media A/B Testing

Facilitate peer-to-peer learning, community sessions, and feedback circles to build collaborative learning environments.
Represent the program at industry events, webinars, and digital marketing forums to showcase learner projects and build employer relationships.
Advocate for learner success, ensuring that both technical proficiency and professional development remain top priorities.
Assessment, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Evaluate learner progress using structured rubrics, campaign performance data, and project outcomes.
Use analytics, surveys, and feedback loops to continuously enhance content, tools, and teaching methods.
Conduct data-driven retrospectives for each cohort to assess engagement, campaign performance, and job outcomes.
Collaborate with leadership to generate reports on learner performance, placement rates, and program ROI.
Stay updated with emerging marketing technologies, algorithms, and industry best practices to ensure curriculum relevance.
Career Immersion Program - Internships
Act as a lead mentor for the Career Immersion Program, a multi-department, hands-on experience that exposes learners to different areas of digital marketing and related business functions.
Oversee learner rotations through paid ads marketing, content creation, SEO, paid media, email marketing, analytics, and brand strategy, ensuring exposure to cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure participants gain end-to-end marketing campaign experience — from audience research to creative execution and performance reporting.
Guide learners in using marketing collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Airtable, or Monday.com) to simulate real agency or corporate workflows.
Help participants identify their best-fit career path — whether in performance marketing, social media, analytics, or digital strategy.
Position the program as a bridge between bootcamps and industry employment, combining the structure of education with the authenticity of employer-linked projects.
