Job Description

• The Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging, visually appealing, and brand-aligned content that showcases the store’s makeup and beauty products, drives sales, and builds a loyal online community.
• This role combines creativity, storytelling, and knowledge of beauty trends to produce content that attracts, educates, and inspires customers across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Storytelling
  • Develop high-quality photo, video, and written content for social media, website, newsletters, and product campaigns.
  • Create product tutorials, reviews, and “how-to” videos that highlight product benefits and application techniques.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand partnerships.
  • Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and blog posts with an authentic brand voice.
• Social Media Management
  • Manage and grow the store’s social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Plan, schedule, and post consistent content using a content calendar.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor social media trends and beauty influencers to keep the brand’s content fresh and relevant.
• Brand & Visual Identity
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, aesthetic, and values.
  • Work with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital channels.
  • Support photoshoots and visual merchandising initiatives in-store to ensure brand consistency.
• Campaigns & Collaborations
  • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
  • Create promotional materials for online and in-store campaigns (e.g., flyers, reels, banners).
  • Collaborate with makeup artists, models, and photographers for content shoots.
• Analytics & Optimization
  • Track content performance and social media analytics to measure engagement and reach.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.
  • Test new content formats and creative ideas to increase visibility and conversion.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification wit 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N160,000 monthly.
