Federal University of Technology and Environmental Sciences, Iyin-Ekiti (FUTESIYIN) was established on February 20, 2025 as a specialised Institution for the training of Engineers, Environmental Experts and Scientists. Requirements

• Candidates must possess a Master's Degree and a First Degree not below than a Second Class Lower division in the relevant field plus minimum of 15 years' cognate experience and registered with COREN or ARCON. He must have been an Assistant Director for at least three (3) years with cognate experience in a University setting.
• Possession of a higher degree and membership of recognized professional bodies are compulsory

Specifically, the candidate is expected to:

• Be responsible for the physical development, maintenance and care of the University estate, rehabilitation of existing facilities and development of new ones, including roads, water, electricity, vehicles, equipment and furniture in academic and residential areas, ensuring cost effectiveness;
• Prepare and maintain University fixed assets register and making periodic reports to Senate and Council on physical state of the University;
• Be responsible for coordination and control of the Works Department activities;
• Carry out other duties as may be assigned, and providing professional and Community services.

Salary Grade
CONHESS 15.
