Job Title: Office & Onsite Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Assistant Design Operations Lead

Role Overview

• The Office and Onsite Assistant provides essential support to both the operations and design teams.
• This person will help keep the office and decoration sites clean, organized, and well-prepared for daily activities.
• The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and willing to assist with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations before, during, and after decoration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy the office daily, including workspaces, restrooms, and common areas.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming office environment.
• Assist the design and installation teams by cleaning and organizing materials at decoration sites.
• Help transport, load, and retrieve décor items, tools, and materials between the office and project locations.
• Keep onsite work areas clean, safe, and organized throughout the installation process.
• Assist with setup and cleanup before, during, and after installations.
• Handle decoration materials and company property with care.
• Support team members with additional onsite or office-related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or field support is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift, move, or carry materials as required.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and festive periods.
