We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service / Telesales Representative

Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • The Customer Service/Telesales Representative serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, providing information about all our properties.
  • The role is responsible for managing client interactions, responding to property inquiries, and driving sales through effective communication and follow-up.
  • The role involves qualifying leads, scheduling viewings, and maintaining client relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong sales acumen, and a commitment to achieving performance targets while upholding the company’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for prospective and existing clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries while providing accurate information on properties and pricing.
  • Qualify and prioritize leads to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Coordinate property viewings, site inspections, and manage follow-up communication with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads using the company’s CRM system
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and conversion targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex cases appropriately.
  • Assist with customer retention activities, including after-sales follow-up and satisfaction surveys.
  • Provide regular reports on client engagement and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams during promotional campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in customer service or client-facing roles within real estate or property sales.
  • Strong sales orientation with proven ability to meet targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of real estate operations and customer relationship management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms.
  • Professional appearance, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
