We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director and top management team.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, handle confidential information, coordinate schedules, and improve the executive office’s productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Track and follow up on directives, deadlines, and deliverables from management meetings.
Prepare professional reports, presentations, memos, and correspondence.
Manage official communication and document organization (physical and digital).
Provide administrative support for operations, HR, and financial tasks as required.
Coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Conduct research, data entry, and basic analysis to support decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality and act as a reliable liaison between departments and management.
Monitor operational tasks and support execution across departments.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
2–3 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
Experience in operations, HR assistance, or data analysis is an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Basic accounting and auditing knowledge is an added advantage.
Analytical and report-writing skills.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
