Primer Professional Services Limited - Our client, Creative Chaos Limited is a multi-division company operating across three strategic arms: Creative Chaos Branding & Marketing Limited (CCBM) – Focused on marketing, branding, campaigns, and creative communications for clients. CCIT (Creative Chaos Institute of Tech) – Dedicated to tech and business training programs. This division operates independently from the branding arm, except for the Head of Business who provides cross-functional oversight. CC Tech – Specializes in IT solutions and app development. The team operates on a project-based structure with contractual staff. The company currently has five ongoing projects and multiple others in the pipeline.

Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Purpose
The Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in coordinating across all three divisions, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and timely reporting to management.
The Operations Executive is responsible for driving efficiency, structure, and coordination across Creative Chaos Limited’s projects, teams, and internal processes.
This role ensures daily operations run smoothly, deadlines are met, and workflows are clearly defined — enabling each division to deliver high-quality outcomes in its respective focus area.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities across all company divisions — Branding & Marketing, CCIT, and CC Tech.
Stay in the loop of all ongoing projects, trainings, and tech developments, providing regular updates and reports to management.
Develop, implement, and monitor internal processes and workflows to improve efficiency and delivery timelines.
Liaise between creative, marketing, tech, and training teams to track deliverables and ensure accountability.
Prepare and maintain project timelines, task trackers, and progress reports across departments.
Support leadership in resource planning, task allocation, and project scheduling.
Conduct weekly team check-ins and performance tracking to ensure alignment with company goals.
Maintain documentation of operational processes and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Identify process bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions for improvement.
Oversee procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination for ongoing projects and events.
Support HR and Admin functions where needed (attendance tracking, onboarding coordination, etc.).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely delivery of client and internal projects across all divisions.
Reduction in process delays and communication breakdowns.
Improved inter-departmental collaboration and reporting accuracy.
Adherence to established workflows and operational standards.
Quality and timeliness of reports submitted to leadership.
Working Relationships:
Internal:
Managing Director / Creative Lead – Reporting, planning, and feedback.
Team Leads across Branding, CCIT, and CC Tech – Coordination and progress tracking.
HR Consultant – Process and documentation alignment.
Finance – Budget tracking and expense reporting.
External:
Vendors and suppliers – Procurement and logistics.
Clients (where applicable) – Coordination on project timelines.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or office management (preferably in a creative, tech, or training environment).
Proven record of process improvement or project delivery.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, or Notion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 per month (Based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated operational excellence.).
