Product Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of travel and tourism products to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, databases, and industry-specific directories.
Lead Management: Utilize software to log calls, track customer interactions, and manage leads efficiently. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided database.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and improve engagement strategies.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and individual targets.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement plans to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement. Sales Process Optimization: Assist in the design, implementation, and refinement of sales processes and workflows.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly, with a focus on the global market.
Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and follow-up, utilizing various digital platforms.
Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain a positive company image, ensuring seamless communication across the team.
Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services, incorporating insights from website users.
Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and campaign outcomes for senior management, using collaborative tools for remote access.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4years of experience in sales operations, sales support, client success, or a similar role.
