Description

• We are looking for a Business Development Executive to manage and grow Punch’s sales pipeline by connecting with prospects through emails, calls, and video meetings.
• This role involves driving growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales pipeline through consistent outreach via email, video calls, phone calls and other channels.
• Prospect, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
• Make strategic outbound calls and emails daily to engage potential clients.
• Acquire and maintain accurate data in CRM system like HubSpot or GoHighLevel
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and design proposals and demo our products.
• Understand client needs and align them with Punch’s digital services and products.
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments, demos scheduled, and deals closed.

Skills Required:

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to research, analyze market trends, and identify potential clients.
• Confidence in pitching services, handling objections, and negotiating deals.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot/GoHighLevel
• 6 months to 1 year of B2B technical sales or other relevant sales experience.
• Proven success in prospecting new markets and setting appointments with new business.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
