Job Title: Sales Executive - Power Solutions (Inverters, UPS, Solar, Batteries)

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive the sales of our power solution products, including inverters, UPS systems, solar panels, and inverter batteries.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of these products, a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, and a passion for renewable energy and power backup solutions.
• This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer bases specifically for inverters, UPS, solar panels, and inverter batteries.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the power solutions sector.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Business Development:

• Generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and participation in industry events/exhibitions.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional sectors.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer power requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, quotations, and after-sales support.

Product Expertise:

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all inverter types (e.g., pure sine wave, modified sine wave), UPS systems (online, offline, line-interactive), solar panel technologies (monocrystalline, polycrystalline, thin-film), and inverter battery types (e.g., tubular, flat plate, lithium-ion).
• Clearly articulate the technical features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our specific power solutions.
• Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and regulatory changes pertaining to power solutions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 5 - 6 years of work experience.
