Fiberglass by Dipsy is a fabrication/manufacturing company that deals in both the fabrication and sales of fiberglass items such as planters pots used for interior decoration in different sizes, shapes and designs, swimming pools, furnitures, fountains, storage tanks and every items that can be fabricated with fiberglass.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand presence online.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple digital channels, particularly in promoting our FRP products such as pools, planters, tanks, and custom fabrications.
• This role offers the flexibility of remote work, however, the candidate will be required to be onsite as the demands of the job may require.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with company goals for both short-term and long-term growth.
• Collaborate with the content teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all digital platforms.
• Create visually appealing content (graphics, infographics, videos, and interactive posts) tailored to each social media platform.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Plan, schedule, and run social media campaigns, ensuring engagement, community growth, and brand loyalty.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and boost customer retention.
• Monitor and optimize email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize Google My Business listings to enhance local search visibility and drive inquiries.
• Ensure all business details (hours, contact info, services) remain accurate and up-to-date online.
• Monitor and respond professionally to customer reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand reputation.
• Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve digital marketing performance and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand promotion.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, digital ad management, and lead generation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and creative content development skills.
