Perfection Motors, a subsidiary of the Lee Group of companies was established in partnership with FAW China. Perfection Motor’s was given the sole rights to, assemble and market FAW heavy duty Trucks in Nigeria. Since our inception in 2013 we have made great strides in insuring that we will be ready to service our market by establishing our head office alongside a fully equipped workshop, Parts Department and not to mention an SKD assembly plant in Ikeja.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Officer / Accountant

Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative activities.
  • Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
  • Recording and filing cash transactions.
  • Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems for records, reports, memos, and confidential documents.
  • Manage office supplies, place orders, and track usage to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Invoice processing and filing.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and company events.
  • Handle facility management including cleaning, security, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely communication with staff and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other official documentation.
  • Manage travel arrangements and accommodation for staff and executives.
  • Monitor and manage administrative budgets and vendor invoices.
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams with documentation and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 3 years of experience.
  • A Female within 25-30years age range.
  • Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication for internal and external correspondence.
  • Time Management – Ability to meet deadlines and manage schedules efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving – Capable of handling unexpected situations and resolving administrative issues.
  • IT Proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and office management tools.
  • Attention to Detail – Accuracy in record-keeping, filing, and data management.
  • Discretion and Confidentiality – Handling sensitive information professionally.

Salary
N50,000 - N85,000 Monthly.
