Job Title: Business Development Manager - Real Estate

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and foster strategic partnerships in the real estate sector.
  • The prospective candidate will be instrumental in expanding our client base, promoting our property portfolio, and contributing to the company’s revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and investment real estate.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property developers, investors, agents, and clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Drive lead generation and conversion strategies across digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate and execute business development strategies in line with company goals.
  • Prepare proposals, business plans, and pitch presentations for prospective clients and investors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch campaigns and promotions.
  • Attend industry networking events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI for business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the real estate industry.
  • Strong network within Nigeria’s real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving growth targets and closing deals.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
