Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

Location: Lagos

Position Overview

• We are looking for a highly experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer who excels across the Microsoft technology stack.
• The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a solution-oriented mindset, capable of analyzing business challenges, proposing practical technical approaches, and delivering robust solutions with minimal supervision.

Working Structure:

• This is a hybrid role (2 days onsite, 3 days remote), but the first two months will be fully on-site at our premises in Gbagada, Lagos.
• The position requires a standard 40-hour work week, with 8 hours per day.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Work confidently with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Develop and integrate front-end components using Razor, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into well-structured, maintainable code.
• Provide multiple technical solution options to address business needs, evaluate trade- offs, and lead the chosen implementation.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Apply unit testing practices to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
• Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance productivity and code quality where applicable.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and performance issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 6+ years of professional experience in software development using the Microsoft stack.
• Strong command of C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Entity Framework, and MSSQL.
• Experience with Web API, RESTful services, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose and evaluate multiple technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Some exposure to using AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency.

Salary
N1,200,000 - N1,500,000 monthly.
