About the Role

• We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of steel products, proven sales experience, and excellent leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the steel market.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of steel or building materials.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Must be based in Lagos and familiar with the market.

Additional Team Performance Bonuses:
To foster teamwork and encourage group achievement, additional incentives are introduced for Sales Managers:

• Team goal completion above 80% → Earn 0.1% commission on all team-related performance achievements.
• Team goal completion above 120% → Earn 0.2% commission on all team-related performance achievements.

Compensation Package

• Basic Salary: N175,000 monthly
• Performance Bonus: N75,000
• Daily Transport Allowance: N3,000
• Call Card Allowance: N500 weekly
