We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job schedule: 3 days on- 3 days off

Responsibilities

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them as need requires
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, etc.
• Monitor office supplies.
• Keep updated records and files
• Take up other duties as assigned.

Requirements 

• Minimum of OND in the relevant field
• Proven experience as front desk representative, Admin, or relevant position
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent Customer relations service
• Strong communication
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
