As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of executing our digital strategy.
You will be responsible for managing our online presence across various channels, from social media and email to SEO and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and publish high-quality, original content (including graphics, video, and written copy) that aligns with our brand voice.
Schedule and monitor social media posts, and actively engage with our online community.
Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings.
Assist in the creation of SEO-friendly content for our website, blog, and other digital assets.
Monitor website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Email & Automation Marketing:
Build and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, lead nurturing, and promotional blasts.
egment email lists and A/B test subject lines and content to optimize open and click-through rates.
Manage the company’s contact database and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Paid Advertising (PPC):
Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
Monitor budgets, track performance, and report on ROI for all paid activities.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, measure, and analyze all digital marketing campaign performance against goals (KPIs).
Prepare regular reports on marketing metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, leads, conversions) and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Website Management:
Perform basic updates and maintenance on the company website using a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Ensure a consistent and positive user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Proven experience of 1-3 years in a digital marketing role.
Hands-on experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO principles.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for detail.
Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing software.
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
Experience with a CMS like WordPress.
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
