Job Title: Admin / Social Media Manager 

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development Officer in sourcing and identifying potential clients via social media channels
• Grow the company's followers across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging content to enhance brand presence
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Monitor and report on social media metrics and performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Support in identifying potential clients via social media channels
• Studio booking and utilization via social channels
• Month-on-month growth in followers across social media platforms
• Increased engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.)

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or business development support
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
