Moyosola Olalekan Outsourcing Services (MOOS HR Services) - Our client is an international financial services firm specializing in foreign exchange trading and international payments, is establishing a Nigerian branch to support its global operations. The firm provides FX execution, multi-currency payment and settlement services, and online trading access to a global client base. Its operations combine professional execution, liquidity management to trade currency pairs and other financial instruments on behalf of clients and its proprietary desk.

Job Title: Forex Call & Sales Agent

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos (On-site / International Operations)

Reports To: Trading Desk Manager / Head of Sales

Job Summary

• The Forex Call & Sales Agent will be responsible for acquiring, managing and driving customer acquisition and conversion for international clients trading financial instruments (including, currencies, CFDs, commodities, and indices, equities, bonds, and fixed income, derivatives, ETFs, cryptocurrencies and mutual funds & hedge funds).
• The role focuses on building relationships with retail and SME clients, introducing them to the firm’s trading and payment services, and guiding them through the onboarding, funding, and trading process.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage daily outbound calls, emails, and online chats with potential clients abroad.
• Explain trading products (spot FX, forwards, CFDs, multi-currency payments) and account types clearly.
• Convert qualified leads into funded accounts and meet monthly acquisition targets.
• Guide clients through registration, verification (KYC), and account funding.
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM and ensure proper follow-up communication.
• Provide market updates and assist with basic trading education where applicable.
• Collaborate with traders, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth client experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by converting qualified leads into active trading clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure prompt trade support and follow-ups.
• Educate clients on market updates, instruments, and trading procedures to improve engagement and volume.
• Represent the company professionally across all digital channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in FX, fintech, or financial services sales.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written).
• Confidence in handling international clients via calls and online platforms.
• Basic knowledge of financial instruments and FX market operations.
• Target-driven, organized, and customer-oriented.
