Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue goals by developing and executing sales and marketing plans, in-person sales meetings and networking, marketing the entire restaurants chain and functioning as a public relations spokesperson to promote the restaurant chain locally.
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for developing, implementing and tracking marketing programs that increase The Place brand exposure and boost our restaurant, nightlife and hotel sales.
The Marketing Manager will require a thorough understanding of business and marketing strategy and will become the brand ambassador for The Place.
This includes excellent communication skills with staff, vendors, food writers and bloggers, Newspapers, local businesses and the community. It also requires the ability to project manage, multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Understand and communicate marketing strategy and objectives to the CEO, restaurant management and staff
Partner with Restaurant, nightlife and hotels Managers to plan and execute sales building activities that will build relationships, which will increase customer count, check average and outside sales
Deploy web, social media, email, collateral, merchandise, and other communications effectively with corporate support team
Coordinate partner, community, and vendor relationships.
Establish goodwill and build relationships within the community and with the overall QSR food, nightlife and hotel concept for the business.
Identify and capitalize on strategic partners that complement the brand.
Plan and execute marketing events in coordination with relevant stakeholders
Collect and analyze data to improve marketing programs
Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned
Must clearly be able to demonstrate growth in sales as a result of marketing efforts
Others Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or similar discipline
2-5 years professional experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Advertising, or Publishing with a demonstrated track record of driving results
Industry experience in managing/ marketing entertainment and leisure business is a huge advantage
Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be creative and innovative with marketing approaches
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
Proficient in Windows Office, Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of online technology and implementation with particular interest in blogs, social networks, virtual worlds, wiki’s, mobile and other emerging trends- including but not limited to Facebook and Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Wordpress etc.
Superior knowledge of Social Media landscape, networks, toolsets
Management of a professional blog for an organization and/or business.
