Med-In Pharmaceutical Limited, a producer, manufacturer and seller of intravenous infusion, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Admin Officer

Location: Sagamu Interchange, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Admin Duties:

• Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
• Handle travel arrangements, (expatriate quota, visa) etc
• Organize company events, such as team-building activities.

HR Duties:

• Maintain and update employee records and databases (both physical and digital).
• Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
• Help prepare and process payroll, and manage benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Answer employee questions about benefits, policies, and other HR-related issues.
• Help create and revise company policies and guidelines.
• Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor' Degree with 2 years experience.
