Job Summary
We are a leading name in luxury real estate development and are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing and Communications to drive the company’s brand strategy, visibility, and engagement.
The ideal candidate will lead integrated marketing, digital, and communication efforts that enhance our brand's presence, promote project visibility, and support business growth.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to strengthen our brand and project visibility.
Lead and inspire the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns that align with company goals.
Provide guidance on marketing best practices and ensure alignment across departments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy.
Analyze and report on marketing performance and return on investment.
Sales & Lead Generation:
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to design marketing strategies that generate leads and drive conversions.
Create compelling sales materials, presentations, and campaigns to support business objectives.
Develop initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Track and measure the effectiveness of sales-related marketing efforts.
Digital Marketing & Content Management:
Oversee our digital presence, including social media, website, and email marketing.
Plan and execute digital advertising and promotional campaigns to enhance engagement.
Manage online reputation and ensure positive brand representation across platforms.
Supervise content creation such as newsletters, web articles, videos, and infographics that reflect our brand voice.
Public Relations & Media Engagement:
Develop and execute quarterly PR and media engagement strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders.
Draft and distribute press releases, organize press events, and manage public-facing initiatives.
Oversee photography and visual content for marketing use.
Brand & Communication Management:
Ensure consistent storytelling and brand messaging across all communication channels.
Oversee the production of marketing collateral including brochures, banners, and promotional assets.
Manage vendor relationships for marketing materials and events.
Collaborate with the CEO and other executives on strategic communication initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
Proven experience leading marketing teams and executing successful brand campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and PR strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
