Job Title: Sales Associate / Representative

Location: City Mall, Onikan - Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• The Sales Associate / Representative is key to delivering exceptional customer experiences in a premium eyewear retail setting.
• The role involves driving sales of luxury glasses and accessories, guiding customers in product selection, supporting optometrists with eye care services, managing inventory and sales records, and upholding the luxurious standards of the Opticka Vision brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage customers with professionalism, warmth, and product expertise to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Promote, sell, and upsell luxury eyewear and accessories to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Support optometrists by preparing frames, lenses, and accessories for customers as needed.
• Provide accurate product information on lens types, frame designs, and aftercare services to customers.
• Maintain accountability for stock received, displayed, and sold, ensuring accurate records in sales systems.
• Ensure that all products are attractively displayed in line with Opticka Vision'sluxury visual merchandising standards.
• Keep the store clean, organised, and reflective of a premium luxury environment.
• Handle customer complaints or escalate to the optometrist or supervisor where required, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Accurately document sales transactions, issue receipts, and maintain daily sales records.
• Assist in periodic stock counts, audits, and reconciliation of physical inventory with system records.
• Collaborate with team members and optometrists to provide seamless service delivery to clients.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement activities within the store.
• Stay updated on new product arrivals, lens technology, and eyewear fashion trends to better serve clients.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and professional conduct at all times.

Job Requirements

• BSc Degree or ND / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields from a recognised institution
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in retail sales.
• Experience in luxury or high-end retail will be an advantage
• Good numeracy and accuracy skills for handling transactions and stock.
• Basic knowledge of eye care products and optical accessories (training will be provided).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Professional appearance and grooming consistent with a luxury retail brand.
• Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and retail management software.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly Net.
