Job Title: Head of Retail Operations

Job Description

• The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven, and people-focused leader with a strong track record in managing multi-location QSR or retail businesses.
• You will be responsible for driving profitability, improving operational efficiency, elevating customer experience, and leading a team of outlet managers to deliver consistent excellence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all outlet operations to meet sales, profitability, and service delivery targets.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, SOPs, food safety, and hygiene practices.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HR teams to drive seamless operational alignment.
• Implement performance tracking systems and outlet KPIs to optimize efficiency.
• Develop and execute expansion strategies, including new site openings, refurbishments, and relocations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve menu offerings and pricing strategies.
• Champion customer satisfaction through service quality, training, and feedback-based improvements.
• Manage P&L per outlet and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to sustain a high-performance culture.

• Outlet sales growth and profitability
• Cost efficiency and inventory turnover
• Customer satisfaction and retention metrics
• Operational audit scores and compliance
• Staff retention, training effectiveness, and promotion rates
• Execution of new outlet openings and refurbishments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or Operations Management (MBA preferred).
• 8 - 12 years of proven experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), with at least 4 - 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost structures.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of POS, inventory management, and operational reporting systems.
• Must reside in or be willing to work on the Lagos Mainland with flexibility for site travel.

Salary

• N1,300,000 / Month (Slightly Negotiable).
