We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Office / Admin Assistant

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • The Office / Admin Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations within the organization.
  • She will assist in coordinating office activities, managing documentation, supporting management and staff needs, and maintaining a professional and organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage and maintain office filing systems, correspondence, and records (physical and digital).
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries courteously and professionally.
  • Support in the preparation of letters, reports, memos, and official documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assist in the management of staff attendance records and documentation.
  • Ensure the office environment is neat, organized, and welcoming.
  • Receive visitors and clients and direct them appropriately.
  • Support HR and admin departments with documentation, filing, and basic record-keeping tasks.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping or petty cash (if assigned).
  • Perform any other administrative or support tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: HND qualification / B.Sc Degree in any related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in office administration or clerical support.
  • Close proximity to Jabi is an added adavntage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Polite, dependable, and proactive with attention to detail.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 / Month.
