Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
• Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Monitor and report on business development performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the security and investigations sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges.
• NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 / Month.
