Role Overview

• We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Inventory Audit Trainee who loves data, discipline, and order.
• Your job is to keep the truth visible — verifying daily stock records, spotting inconsistencies, and designing better systems that prevent mistakes before they happen.
• You will not be told what to do every minute — you will think, investigate, and take ownership.
• If you crave a serious learning curve and want to grow into a future Inventory Auditor, Operations Manager, or Head of Logistics, this role is your proving ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit daily stock and sales reports from 50+ delivery agents across 36 states.
• Detect mismatches, duplication, and missing entries before they affect financials.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies with full documentation.
• Proactively prevent stock-outs by analyzing movement trends and lead times.
• Design simple control systems to ensure real-time accuracy and accountability.
• Support weekly national reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Report patterns, risks, and improvement ideas directly to the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum education: OND, HND, or B.Sc. (Any field with a strong analytical or business foundation).
• Must be based in Lagos and available to work on-site (Yaba/Oyingbo).
• Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and analytical communication.
• Willingness to learn Zoho, data analysis tools, and audit processes.
• Laptop required.
